Lube Stop Return Policy

How do I return an order?
Lube Stop does all it can to process returned items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. First, you must contact our customer service department [info@lubestop.com or 440.891.2378] to receive authorization and an authorization number. Lube Stop does not accept returns which have not received return authorization. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt as we will not accept returns after 15 days. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. Lube Stop does not have an exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your purchase please send your purchase back to us for a credit on the cost of the item and then purchase the replacement item via LubeStop.com. Note: we do not accept returns on washed or worn shirts.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department at [info@lubestop.com or 440.891.2378] for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

At Lube Stop, we want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order minutes after you submit your order. Once you authorize your transaction, Lube Stop cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to an order. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate.

Lube Stop Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping
Lube Stop usually ships orders in 1 - 3 business days after receiving orders. All items contained in your order must be in stock before it ships. Once the order leaves our location, delivery time depends on the shipping option you select.

Lube Stop used USPS for all deliveries and delivery times are as follows:

International Shipping
Lube Stop ships all international orders utilizing U.S. Air Mail. International Orders require a physical street address and phone number. We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International Orders. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays. The shipping time for international Postal Air Mail orders usually takes 8 to 30 business days depending on the country destination. Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.

Lube Stop is not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is withheld in customs.
